District Level Volleyball Tournament for School Boys

1.Eligibility Criteria

• Only students currently studying in schools within the district are eligible.
• Participants must be boys under the age of 19 as of the tournament start date.

2.Registration

• Schools must submit the entry form in online https://srptc.ac.in/district-level-volleyball-tournament-for-school-boys/
  
• A copy of each player’s school ID card or bonafide certificate must be attached.
• Last date for registration: 01.07.2025
• No spot registration will be allowed.

3.Rules of the Game

• Matches will be played as per the Volleyball Federation of India (VFI) rules.
• The tournament will be conducted on a knockout basis
• Teams must report 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
• Late arrival beyond 10 minutes will result in walkover.

4. Conduct & Discipline

• Players must be in proper sports uniform and shoes.
• Misconduct on or off the field will lead to disqualification of the player/team.
• Decision of the Referee/Judges will be final and binding.

5. Facilities Provided

• Drinking water and first-aid will be available at the venue.
• Accommodation will not be provided.

6. Awards & Certificates

• Trophies and certificates will be awarded to the Winner, Runner-up and Best Player.
• Participation certificates will be given to all players.

7. General Conditions

• The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, loss of property, or accidents during the event.
• The schedule and fixtures are subject to change based on weather or administrative reasons.
• All decisions made by the Organizing Committee will be final.
